Ineos required a PR campaign on the light of the growing uprise against the company's policy towards oil extraction. Hence the issue that the company was facing was public perception and of a very crucial nature. 

Understanding that changing perception is a long process and cannot be attained overnight, we scheduled a Phase-wise strategy for INEOS over the time period of a year. The plan was to start with letting the public know about INEOS's attempts on social responsibility and ending with helping the public understand the process of Shacking better.

As the Deputy Global Leader of my team, it was also my duty to schedule and fix virtual meeting for every team member across a time zone, help to coordinate with the team and create an action plan and communicate with the global mentor and the client representative.
